YHG are looking to secure the services of a suitably qualified, experienced and competent service providers to undertake the delivery of Grounds Maintenance Services. The Grounds maintenance service is carried out on land belonging to YHG including all its subsidiaries. This includes sheltered accommodation, Retirement Villages and other communal areas many of which are governed by leaseholder arrangements.
