Process evaluation of the Widening Access Demonstrators

We are seeking a contractor to deliver an independent process evaluation to help us learn lessons from the design and implementation of the Widening Access Demonstrators Programme, to help inform future policy priorities in this space.
Work must be delivered within a six-month timescale: we expect the work to commence at the end of September 2025, with a final report due ahead of the end of the financial year - March 2026. The total budget is up to £95k excluding VAT.
