NHS Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (the Commissioner) is seeking a provider for Primary medical services.The full scope of the service can be found in the service specification available at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/scwcsu/aspx/Home The contract period will be an initial 3 years with the option to extend by up to a further 1 year.Based on current patient list and scope of services the annual contract value is 3 802 000 GBP per annum (including QOF, Premises, Enhanced Services excluding set-up costs).
