AGCSU on behalf of NHS Shropshire Clinical Commissioning Group (referred to as the Commissioner(s) from this point onwards) acting under co-commissioning delegated authority from NHS England (North Midlands) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the primary medical services (referred to as the Service(s) from here onwards) at the Whitehall Medical Practice in Shropshire, under the APMS contract.Contract Duration and Service Commencement.As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful bidder(s) for a period of 4 years and 6 months.The current contract(s) for the services will end on 30.9.2019 and as a result the successful provider is expected to be fully operational, providing services from 1.10.2019.
