Swale Rainbow Homes is inviting Expressions of Interest to tender for the position of a Project Manager for Swale Rainbow Homes (wholly owned company of Swale BC) The contract will involve managing the full development of 3 residential housing sites in Sittingbourne with the aim to bring forward additional affordable homes for the borough The contract shall run from 14th June 2021 until 31st December 2025. The contract may be extended for a further two years. The tenderer who submits the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, (MEAT) will be awarded the contract. Expressions of Interest and the Invitation to Tender (I.T.T.) document must be submitted / uploaded on the e-tendering portal. The closing date for submission of Expressions of Interest and the closing date for the I.T.T. is Monday 24 May 2021 at 09:00hrs.
