Description:To provide an online student voice platform which will allow the collation of student feedback in real time.The platform will need to allow for:-The capacity for students to vote on issues raised-The platform should allow for a private zone for students to discuss issues raised before being opened to staff-The ability for Student Reps/ moderators to escalate issues-Password protected site only staff and students can access-The ability to provide specific boards for Colleges and topicsObjectives for Institution:1. To Promote and facilitate partnership and engagement with students, enabling the student voice to be heard.2. To resolve issues as they arise in a timely and satisfactory manner for both students and staff.3. To improve academic and broader student experience.4. To resolve issues before they arise in formal feedback surveys and/or annual student surveys.Target number of eligible students- 19,725Duration of the AgreementStart date of September 2018 to run for the period of one year.
