The Framework will cover the construction of all types of social housing and be used by all four members to deliver the programme of work provided each year for three years (with the option to extend by one year) by the NIHE.For the purpose of this procurement and any subsequent contracts arising from it, the contracting authority will act as a central purchasing body.
