Procurement of Technical Advisors during the Commercialisation Stage for the Cardiff Heat Network

CCC require specialist support in developing the tender documentation to appoint the DBOM Contractor and throughout the procurement process. Therefore, CCC would like to invite proposals from suitably qualified technical consultants to undertake the services as set out in the Specification.The selected Technical Consultant shall undertake the Services as detailed in the ITT and specification, which are summarised as:- Developing the specific documentation required for the Invitation to Tender for the appointment of the DBOM contractor, using the competitive dialogue procedure or other similar negotiated procedure and providing technical support to CCC through the procurement process;- Providing technical information to support planning applications;- Providing technical advice in finalising the heat purchase agreement with the EfW operator and heat sale agreements with the anchor customers in Phase 1.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=84780.
