Procurement to establish a Framework Arrangement of Corporate Efficiency Partners

The Council is seeking to appoint a number of private sector partners within a framework agreement to assist in the delivery of a 4 year corporate efficiency programme. The selected partners will be expected to deliver improvements in terms of efficiency savings, improved customer service and ensuring the Council gets a return on investments made in new technology. The corporate efficiency framework partners will be required to work on a 100 % risk/reward model. This model will link 100 % of fees to identified outcomes.
