Descriptions

The main elements of the service will include:1) The provision of loss adjustment and claims managements and associated data management services for Production Insurance Claims (excluding Casualty classes) up to a value of 250 000 GBP.2) The recovery of insured and uninsured losses from other involved parties where appropriate.3) Liaison with BBC contractors, BBC departments (including subsidiaries), BBC Commissioned Independent Productions and in particular the BBC's Insurance Department to ensure that information is made available to relevant parties and acted upon in the best interest of the BBC and that claims records are accurate and up to date4) An agreed fee structure for Production Insurance claims exceeding 250 000 GBP where the successful Applicant may be instructed on an individual case basisThe Contract will have a term of 3 years commencing on 1.3.2016 and ending on 28.2.2019.Procurement documentation can be accessed at https://bbc.bravosolution.co.uk
