The Contract requirement is for the Provision of Consultancy and Printed Goods for the Cheshire East Annual Commercial Property Reviews for years 2015, 2016 & 2017 inclusive. This Contract is anticipated to start estimated 30th April 2016 and end 1st August 2018. A 2 year 3 months term. The required review documents will be produced in retrospect to present review information for 2015, 16 and 17. Cheshire East Council is seeking to appoint one and/or a number of professional companies to research, write, design and produce the Cheshire East Annual Commercial Property Review for the Cheshire East area, as part of a wider lead generation/campaign plan for years 2015, 2016 & 2017 inclusive, by gathering and interpreting key marketing information from local and regional property agents, developers, owners and Cheshire East Council Officers on strategic projects, and developing a report which identifies key trends and developments from across the Borough. The key aims of the review are: • Showcase and celebrate Cheshire East Councils, and the new Skills and Growth companies * achievements, including: town centre redevelopments, major strategic projects and infrastructure improvements. • To track key property transactions. • Undertake an analysis and commentary on the property market, the local economy, and key sectors. • Ensure that the Cheshire East area is portrayed as the perfect place to invest in for new businesses, and relocating/expanding businesses in the Cheshire East area.
