The National Assembly for Wales is seeking a supplier to provide independent consultancy on Website and Content Management. Detailed recommendations from an external provider on how to improve the Assembly’s website and content management system is required.This contract is a standalone piece of work. Should it be decided that external consultancy is required to implement all or part of the business case, a separate Procurement exercise will be undertaken for this requirement.The successful supplier of the contract for this piece of work will be precluded from bidding for any subsequent contract opportunity regarding the execution of the recommendations. It is therefore a key deliverable that the recommendations provided are executable in full by a third party.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
