In line with EU Public Contracts Regulations (2015), Staffordshire University is to put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of professional broadcasting and photography/digital imaging equipment to be used for teaching purposes. Any agreement put in place will cover 2 lots, (Lot 1) broadcast equipment and (Lot 2) photography/digital imaging equipment.Staffordshire University are seeking bids from providers of equipment who are fully approved by manufacturers of professional broadcasting equipment and photography/digital imaging equipment. Tenderers may bid for inclusion on one or both lots.Any agreement to be put in place will include supply, delivery, installation and commissioning, together with relevant software licences and upgrades, consultancy and technical advice, end-user training, support and maintenance costs associated with the equipment to be provided.
