This Professional Services Framework (Construction Programme) will be a single-supplier Framework Agreement where the appointed Consultant will act as the lead consultant and will assemble a professional team.r r It is envisaged the team will comprise of the following disciples (but not limited to), reporting to the OREC Project Programme Manager and OREC Governance Board as required:r r • Project Manager;r • Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager;r • Architect;r • Civil Engineering;r • Structural Engineer;r • Building Services / M&E Engineer;r • Building Surveyor;r • CDM Coordinator and;r • Lead Consultant.
