Professional Services to Produce a Concept Design for the Campbeltown Esplanade and Kinloch Park Active Travel Route

Argyll & Bute Council wish to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced design team to develop proposals for new high quality walking, wheeling and cycling improvements linking Campbeltown Town Centre and Dalintober/Askomill along the Esplanade and through Kinloch Park through business case, feasibility and concept design stages. The designs will link to key community, leisure, education, retail and service locations in and on the periphery of the study area. The options and designs will adheres to the principles set out in Cycling by Design (2021), Designing Streets and relevant roads design guidance and must ensure all deliverables are completed by 15 March 2024.
