A national framework for the provision of Legal Services to Universities (including the newly established national Technological Universities). The Framework will cover a broad and diverse range of legal service requirements ranging from routine and defined type services that are transactional in nature, to standard operational type services, and to high level strategic advices which may be of sectoral importance.The framework agreement will be divided into 6 lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate framework agreement (each a “Framework Agreement”).
