Project Administrative Support

Descriptions

Submitted quotes will be subject to a compliance check, selection and finally award evaluation by means of a structured process in order to determine the quote, from a suitably qualified and experienced business, that in the Dunoon Project’s opinion offers best value. The initial compliance phase will include checks to ensure the documents have been properly completed and all required information has been provided. Tenderers are required to provide a completed version of this Invitation to Quote document. If, during the initial compliance phase, it is apparent that a Tenderer has submitted a fundamentally non-compliant or incomplete submission then DPL reserves the right to reject that quote and continue to assess the other submissions as appropriate. Tenders who pass this initial screening process will thereafter be subject to further assessment as detailed below. Knowledge and experience of working in Dunoon or Cowal is an important consideration.
