WCVA intends to host four regional ‘master class’ training sessions in April 2014 for approximately 60 participants (15 per session) who are responsible for closing down projects and post-project succession planning that have been funded through the European Structural Funds Programmes 2007-2013 and/or the Big Lottery Fund’s ‘People & Places’ programme.Input is sought from a third party to design and deliver the sessions (four hours content) on the principles of project closure and succession planning, including case studies and following for example, a scenario planning based approach, to facilitate practical activities with high levels of delegate participation. The objective is to provide information resources, practical tools and activities to up-skill participants in planning for effective project closure and succession.
