Project Co-ordination of a training syllabus for Merthyr Tydfil Businesses

The Merthyr Tydfil tourism sector has been steadily developing in recent years which have seen the region fast becoming a key destination in the UK for both activity tourism and heritage related visits. With this in mind, Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council plan on utilising funding received from the Visit Wales 'Regional Tourism Engagement Fund' in order to run a series of training opportunities for businesses in and around the Local Authority.The proposed training will be made-up of both group and one-to-one sessions and consist of a variety of diverse capacity developing opportunities for business owners and respective staff members (List of required training can be found at Section 1.5).Due to time constraints with the funding acquired by Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council all funding must be spent by 31st March 2015.
