Project Documentation Archiving for Communities 2.0

As lead partner of Communities 2.0 the Centre is responsible for creating a hard copy archive of all documentation relating to the project. The majority of this documentation is currently held in an electronic format and this will need to be printed in its entirety for hard copy storage. This invitation to tender sets out information for organisations interested in submitting a tender to print out and box up Communities 2.0’s electronic document archive.Records relating to European Union Structural Funds projects need to be managed effectively so that the Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO) and auditors can access project records for a lengthy period of time as set out by the European Commission (EC).NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=21829.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
