The contract is to provide Project Engineering Services to take the lead role and be primarily responsible for the promotion, development and project management of the East of Halewood Junction Improvement schemes and ensuring the delivery of these projects to the required; cost, budget and quality. Staff providing Project Engineering Services are to work within the Council's offices in Huyton for a duration of 24 months whilst the scheme is being designed and constructed, until all invoices associated with the project are paid using the the Scape Consultancy Framework Agreement on Lot 1 Built Environment Consultancy (BECS).
