Project Evaluation of All Wales Academy for Local Government E-learning Platform Development

The aim of this tender is to identify a suitable contractor to conduct an outcomes and early impact evaluation of our programme to develop the All Wales Academy for Local Government e-learning platform development.The key outputs are outlined below. A full list of deliverables will be agreed during contracting but will include:1.Scoping and implementation report following an initial inception meeting, including working with Skills for Justice’s Project Management team and researchers to develop an evaluation strategy.Through this, we will create a unique framework to test the impact of our project at various points within the project cycle and will carry out an overall evaluation at the end of the project. This will involve:(a)Establishing baselines at the beginning of the project(b)Identifying realistic and measurable indicators that will help demonstrate the impacts of the project(c)Building in the time to carry out evaluation throughout the project(d)Getting feedback from stakeholders and reporting back to stakeholders2.An outcomes and early impact evaluation report3.Presentation of the final report
