Our client, Land and Property Services wishes to make a modification to this contract.Land and Property Services require Equiniti ICS to upgrade their Abbacus software to reflect the new Council structure where the 26 Local Councils will be reduced to 11.The enhancements include; the development of 20 new screen pages; changes to the calculation engine to facilitate District Rate Convergence Scheme; and changes to the specification to reflect the results of the Non Domestic Revaluation.
