The University of Exeter is pursuing a Projects Portfolio Management Office interim capability for 24 months to enable the IT service meet a number of key objectives:— oversight, governance, and synergy of IT projects and initiatives to maximise investment and achieve organizational goals,— the proper control and management of the portfolio of projects using Exeter IT’s instance of Plan view including resource and capacity management,— prioritize, schedule, and coordinate the successful delivery of programmes and projects,— drive the pace of programmes and projects to ensure timely delivery using different delivery methods,— full adoption of the PPMO processes and use of Plan view by all Exeter IT staff, contractors and project stakeholders,
