The client was seeking bids to establish a framework of service providers to provide property and land valuation services. It is anticipated that valuations will be required for land prior to purchase by Livv Housing and for properties both pre and post construction. A description of the requirements for each valuation survey was included within the cost submission spreadsheet. The framework is broken down across 3 lots, based on the Livv departments that will typically require each type of valuation survey: - Lot 1: Development & Sales - Lot 2: Leasehold & Right To Buy - Lot 3: Neighbourhoods
