The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are seeking to appoint a Property Consultant to market the site for disposal for Private Extra Care Housing. The site has recently been formally closed by the Council. We are trying to achieve best value from the sale – through maximising capital receipt and or income revenue from the long-leasehold disposal. It is a requirement that the site is disposed of for private extra care housing within Planning Use Class C2 to be developed at the site. The Council will look to restrict the land use of this site. Subject to approval, the final Commission may be let directly with the preferred bidder with whom the Council believes it will obtain best value.
