Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of framework agreements. Our members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including social housing providers, local authorities, blue light services and education and health related organisations. The EEM Membership combined property stock is in excess of 2 500 000.EEM on behalf of its members are looking to establish a property improvements framework with multiple contractors to support members in maintaining property stock standards. The framework has been split into the following core lots:Lot 1: Planned Domestic Property Improvement Works;Lot 2: Corporate and Commercial improvement Works;Lot 3: Void Property Repairs and Improvement Works;Lot 4: Kitchen and Bathroom Improvement Works.
