The Framework will be worth approximately £50 million over its duration of 4 years and will cover a range of Works and Materials. We estimate that the procurement process will begin in July. We encourage local SMEs to attend to best prepare them for the tendering process. The list of works/materials is not finalized but is likely to cover;Works•General Building Works•Internal Works (Kitchen, Bathroom and Rewire Works)•Doors (Supply & Fit)•Roofing•External Works (Paths, Walls and Fences)•Rendering and EWI Works•Responsive Repairs•Voids•Drainage (Unblocking & Repairs)•Generalist Aids and Adaptations Installations (Handrails, Ramps, Level-access Showers)•Specialist Aids and Adaptations Installations (Stairlifts, Hoists etc.) and Maintenance•Fire Alarms and Equipment Service & Maintenance•Door Entry Service & Maintenance (including Emergency Lighting)•Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)Materials•Supply of Electrical Materials (incl.
