NWSSP Specialist Estates Services manages the NHS Wales property database and is seeking a supplier of property management software. NHS Wales has a property portfolio of approximately 400 freeholds and 600 leaseholds.The supplier must be able to demonstrate the following:-•A proven track record in delivering effective and modern property management software•Excellent references from its users•Experience of working with large public sector organisations•Experienced software team capable of providing training, designing additional functionality and an accessible helpdesk•Capability to successfully migrate existing data onto new system•Financial stability and track record to inspire confidence in continuity of service going forwardThe software must have the following features:-•Product must already be in a developed and functional form•Cloud / Web based system to allow remote access from users in a variety of locations across Wales•User friendly system which is swift to operate and navigate.•Flexible format which can be tailored to suit client’s specifications•Bespoke reporting function•Bespoke notifications function including email notifications•Ability to store unlimited documents•Ability to link to GIS based mapping system•Potential to expand functionality e.g. compliance, maintenance, service charge monitoring, space utilisation•Ability to define user rights (read only to amend)•Demonstrably secure data•Robust data back upTimescale:-NWSSP requires the software to be ready for installation from the last quarter of the 2016/17 financial year.
