The appointed Consultant will act on the City's behalf in preparing asset valuations which are to be prepared in compliance with the requirements of the publication titled "RICS Valuation - Professional Standards" (also known as the RICS Red Book.) This will assist the City to monitor the investment performance of its Estates and also to provide capital valuations for inclusion in the City's year end statutory accounts.The three Lots within this Tender include:Lot 1 — Property Valuation Services for City's Cash;Lot 2 — Property Valuation Services for Bridge House Estates;Lot 3 — Property Valuation Services for City Fund Investment and Strategic Property Estate.
