The Cunliffe Centre is resource centre that provides facilities for people with learning difficulties.The project consists of the following construction works:1. provision of an aluminium conservatory2. replacement of a commercial kitchen3. the conversion of an existing room and garge into office accommodation4. the creation of small booths within a canteen area.The premises will remain occupied during the daytime for the duration of the works.The works are programmed to commence on 14th November 2011 and must be complete by 12th March 2012. It is envisaged that the packages for the provison of the conservatory and the commercial kitchen will be in the form of named sub-contractors.A fully measured schedule of works will be issued as the basis for the tender process.
