Grŵp Cynefin is issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) to notify the market of a possible tender opportunity commencing later in 2019.Grŵp Cynefin is proposing to construct a new three-storey Extra Care facility comprising 35 apartments together with communal areas as an extension to its existing Extra Care facility in Ruthin which is known as ‘Llys Awelon’.The purpose of this PIN is to identify potential interested organisations that have expertise in the construction of ‘Extra Care’ residential facilities with particular experience of constructing extensions to existing occupied residential facilities that house frail and elderly residents.
