Contractors are invited to tender for the re-development of an existing four storey (three floor over basement) office building into five residential apartments along with the construction of a two storey mews apartment building to rear of site incorporating an internal courtyard and all associated site works at 58 Henry Street, Limerick.For the purpose of tendering, it is paramount that the tendering contractor is in a position to commence works on site immediately following appointment and moreover has such resources available to meet the pertinent handover dates. However, given the public nature of the funding, it is important to note that final approval thereof will ultimately be a prerequisite to proceeding with the subject works.Infection Control / COVID 19 - The PSCS / Contractor shall prepare a H&S statement demonstrating measures that will be put in place to ensure that works can be carried out in accordance CIF Standard Operating Procedures as well as confirming measures to be taken to monitor these processes.
