Contractors are invited to tender for moisture damage repair works to existing GP Hall at Portlaw National School, Portlaw, Co. Waterford. The works shall include; repairs to roof valley, wall copings, wall finishes, as well as installation of chemical dpc, mechanical ventilation and drainage / footpath upgrade externally. Contractors should note the works are to be completed within a live school environment. It should also be noted that given the emergency nature of the work involved, it is paramount that the tendering Contractor is in a position to commence works on site immediately following appointment and therefore have all the resources required to meet the pertinent handover dates.
