Proposed resurfacing of existing courtyard area including all associated site works.

Descriptions

Contractors are invited to tender for the removal of the existing concrete surface to the courtyard areas and replacement with new tarmac surface. New all-weather surface pitch including perimeter fencing and entrance gates. Upgrade works to existing foul and surface water drainage at Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School, Rosbrien, Limerick. Contractors are also to provide specifically for a full CCTV survey and report compiled of the existing and completed drainage system serving the above school. The works are to be completed within a live school environment.
