The works covered comprise:— the routine monitoring, inspection, cleaning and disinfection regime in the existing domestic water systems and process water systems within the properties in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice and Guidance L8 — The Control of Legionella Bacteria in water systems (Fourth Edition, published 2013) by the Health and Safety Executive and Health and Safety Guidance publication 274 (published 2014) by the Health and Safety Executive,— the routine service and cleaning of thermostatic mixing valves including a cold water failure test in accordance with NHS D08 Specification.
