Descriptions

The contract is for the provision of general insurance and related services, such as claims handling and loss control services, engineering Inspection service and general programme maintenance and advice, as required by Prospect Community Housing. The Contract is not divided into lots and therefore Bidders are requested to bid for the entire scope of services.The contract will initially run for 3 years (or periods of insurance) commencing 1.10.2016. Prospect has the option to extend the contract at our discretion for a further period of up to 2 years, the anticipated maximum contract award value being equivalent to 3, 4, or 5 times our annual insurance programme cost.
