The Provision and installation of an outdoor inclined mechanical link/lift as part of the larger Ebbw Vale Town Centre Links (TCL) scheme, which is aimed at enhancing the existing pedestrian links between the Ebbw Vale Town Centre and The Works site (The Works Project is a multi-million pound regeneration project that is progressively redeveloping a former steelworks site in Ebbw Vale, Wales). The proposed mechanical link must be a modern urban transport system, which provides an easy and efficient form of transport to and from the north-eastern periphery of The Works Site to the Town Centre of Ebbw Vale.
