The system must be a configurable off the shelf product capable of storing both still and moving images in a variety of formats. The system must be capable of image retrieval over the force IT network, with capability to allow access by partner agencies via secure connections. The system must have user security control for multiple access levels and be capable of full audit trails. The system must be capable of upload and download across the force network, including a proven solution for mobile data devices, specifically Blackberry.
