The Service entails the provision, maintenance and collection of textile banks for the public's use, sited at locations as specified in the Invitation To Tender (ITT). The Service also entails the subsequent Recovery of the collected materials and payment to Devon Authorities for their value.The Service also enatils the collection of textiles from Devon Authorities' stockpiles, their subsequent Recovery and payment to Devon Authorities for their value.The participating Devon Authorities at the Service Commencement are indicated within the PQQ but this is subject to confimation at the ITT stage and the participating numbers may increase or decrease.
