Norfolk County Council (NCC) is seeking a qualified provider to deliver testing and maintenance services for sectional overhead doors, roller shutter doors, and automatic garage doors across our property portfolio. The successful provider must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the statutory compliance requirements and maintenance standards that apply to these assets. This includes performing all necessary inspections, delivering timely certification, and providing detailed reporting to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to applicable regulations. no supplier engagement has taken place prior to this notice Please note that the values in this notice are an indication for the full 5 year term of the contract including extension Options.
