Provision of a Borough Visioning Community Engagement Programme

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is proposing to award a contract for the provision of a Borough visioning community engagement programme. During 2015, the Council challenged itself through a series of external reviews. Many discussions during these challenges concentrated on the future and how we continue to deliver for the community of Southend across organisations, partnerships and sectors. In order to meet our objectives and make the most of the opportunities to develop external markets the Council needs an organisation independent of Southend to facilitate and challenge a series of conversations during 2016 to ensure a collective voice for Southend. The focus is on what comes next and what part we all play in Southend’s future.
