Descriptions
The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Greater Manchester is establishing a contract for the provision of Building Management System Maintenance Service.The contractor(s) shall be responsible for the scheduled servicing and day-to-day support of building management system across the entire GMP estate, which currently comprises of approximately 35 sites. The contractor(s) shall also be responsible for the installation of new components and equipment associated with any remedial work emanating from the maintenance regime. GMPs privately financed buildings (PFI) that are not included in the above may also subsequently utilise this arrangement, with the joint agreement of the PFI provider and GMP.GMP currently spend in the region of 50 000 GBP per annum on these services,No values or volumes will be guaranteed under any resulting contract award.
