The framework agreement is for a Business Rates Appeal Service, which is for the recovery by appeal of excess payment for Business Rates. The contractors’ personnel undertaking the appeals must be members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV) and/or the Rating Surveyors Association (RSA).
