Provision of a Direct Payments Support Service to Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire

Pembrokeshire County Council, acting on behalf of Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire, are looking for suitably qualified and experienced organisations to tender for the provision of a Direct Payments Support Service to the local Authorities from the 1st June 2010 for a period of three years. Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire have agreed to undertake a collaborative Tender exercise in respect of the Service but at this stage Ceredigion are unsure whether they wish to commit collaboratively. It is for this reason that this Tender will be offered as five distinct and separate Lots to allow the withdrawal of Ceredigion from the arrangement should they not wish to utilise it.
