Caerphilly Council intends to establish a framework of providers for the provision of housing-related support services, specifically those which are funded by Supporting People GrantsIt aims to identify, provide and fund quality housing related support services to vulnerable people to allow them to live independently at home as long as they wish to do so. It also aims to help people in institutional care move to a more independent and stable home in the Community. The framework will be for two years with an option to extend for a further period of up to two years.There may TUPE implications, which will be determined at mini-competition stage of the process
