Provision of a GP Surgery based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire on behalf of NHS Buckinghamshire CC

The Commissioner, NHS Buckinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group, seeks to identify a provider for a GP Surgery in High Wycombe. The contract previously included a branch surgery based in Holmer Green which closed in September 2018 when the property became unavailable and innovative solutions for this area are sought.The successful provider will need to provide the full range of primary medical services from 1.9.2019, mobilising from June 2019.The full scope of the service can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/scwcsu/aspx/Home. Bidders may also register via the eProcurement system for clarification meetings with the commissioner, taking place on the 22.3.2019.The contract period is an initial 5 years with an option to extend by up to a further 2 years; based on current patient list and services the annual contract value is 860 579 GBP, any future contract value will be in line with any rise or fall in patient list size as may be the case.
