The contractor is to carry out a comprehensive survey of the hot and cold water systems within each building in NHS FV order to compile a detailed schedule of equipment fitted by system and room by room. These surveys shall also provide the detail required to enable the contractor to produce the required drawings. Please indicate the composition of survey teams and their competencies/ professional qualifications. Based on the site survey work outlined above and the measurement of temperatures throughout the system a Legionella risk assessment is to be produced. The risk assessment documentation is to categorise risk within High Risk, Medium Risk and Low Risk groupings.
