The Group intends to establish a Contract with suitably qualified andexperienced Contractor for the Provision of a Low Carbon HeatingInstallation, based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.This Tender includes two alternative proposals:Option One is a proposed hybrid installation consisting of an air source heatpump and a multi split air conditioning system.Option Two is a proposed multi split air conditioning system serving the entirebuilding. The Group will decide which option is most advantageous, onceenders have been returned and assessed.(Tenderers are invited to tender for either Option One or Option two or both)NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
