Viridian Housing is seeking tender submissions from suitable providers for a real time Repairs Management and Scheduling Solution. The required solution must be capable of managing both reactive and planned maintenance via various channels but emphasising digital offerings (e.g. dedicated app, self service web portal). The system shall allow for both dynamic and user defined scheduling, utilising robust work-flow information to ensure a single view of the customer and the best possible outcome. The solution must also provide a multiple reporting suite and dashboard facility that operates in real time and can be user defined and/or automated as required. Finally, in order to achieve the outcomes above, sufficient flexibility to connect with Viridian's existing databases, systems and third party providers. The initial contract term if for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years in yearly increments at an estimated contract value of 440 000 GBP.
